Tenant Finder Service
- Expert Advice on which of our services is best suited to you
- Marketing of your property on our network of property websites
- Rental Valuation
- Dealing with tenant applications
- Arrange viewings
- Tenant selection, reference and credit check
- Signing of Tenancy Agreement
- Conduct viewings if required
£450 including VAT
Managed Service
- Expert Advice on which of our services is best suited to you
- Marketing of your property on our network of property websites
- Rental Valuation
- Dealing with tenant applications
- Arrange viewings
- Tenant selection, reference and credit check
- Signing of Tenancy Agreement
- Conduct viewings
- Checking the tenant into the property
- Collect deposit and place in appropriate deposit protection scheme
- Inspections twice a year to ensure property is being looked after (up to 4 per year if necessary)
- Ongoing support and handling of all maintenance issues and tenant queries
- Ensure compliance with the various safety and landlord specific regulations
- Advise local authority of tenant changeover throughout tenancy
£195 Let Fee + 10.8% of rental income including VAT
